Recently, Co-Founder Kelsey would have celebrated her 33rd birthday. Anyone who knew Kelsey would tell you her favorite sign was more. Anything she loved and enjoyed, she wanted more of it. The Kelsey exists because of Kelsey, and we strive to make more possible in our communities.

Be Clear and Caroline have been a long-time supporter of our work at The Kelsey, attending some of our early workshops as part of Together We Can Do More. As a Policy Communications Consultant, the team at Be Clear has researched and supported us in refining key messaging around our advocacy for a dedicated public funding source, in the state of California, for inclusive housing for adults with disabilities.

Google Invests in The Kelsey

Announcing a $5.3 million loan from Google for our first project, The Kelsey Ayer Station in San Jose. We’re proud to say that The Kelsey is “the first specific project that the tech giant has backed since announcing a $250 million fund dedicated to addressing the San Francisco Bay Area’s affordable housing shortage.”
