David Baker Architects highlights how the Inclusive Design Standards can deliver inclusive, accessible housing without raising costs. Their project, 8 Partridge at Midway Village, in Daly City, uses thoughtful design features from the Inclusive Design Standards to support a wide range of access needs while staying within a tight budget. The community became the first gold-certified project under the Inclusive Design Standards, showing that accessibility and affordability can go hand in hand.
