Micaela Receives the 2026 Harvard Kennedy Alumni Innovation Award

Our CEO and Co-Founder, Micaela, was honored by the Harvard Kennedy School with this year’s Alumni Innovation Award for her leadership in advancing a disability-forward housing future. During an award panel, she highlighted how scaling disability-forward housing requires a dual approach of building supportive communities on the ground, while simultaneously transforming the broader systems that support them.

We Won the California Disability Innovation in Advocacy Award!

We are incredibly grateful to receive the California Disability Innovation in Advocacy Award from The Arc of California, following a nomination by The Arc of San Francisco. Our Operations Assistant, Isaac, accepted the honor at the State Capitol. Receiving this award amidst protests underscores the importance of our policy work and the urgent need for funded, community-based housing services. Ultimately, being recognized by a fellow organization that shares our deep commitment to the disability community is a wonderful honor.

We presented at Urban Land Institute’s 2025 Housing Awards Webinar Series

We were thrilled to present at the 2025 ULI Housing Awards Webinar Series featuring The Kelsey Ayer Station! Last year, we received ULI’s Terwilliger Center Award for Innovation in Attainable Housing and were thrilled to join the ULI community again for a deeper dive into our work.
