About Isaac

Isaac Haney-Owens is the Communications Analyst at The Kelsey. In his role, Isaac manages outreach to The Kelsey and supports the on-site team and community at The Kelsey’s first-ever housing development: The Kelsey Ayer Station. 

Isaac connects with advocates and wider community members as the host of The Kelsey’s official podcast, “Leaders for Inclusive Community.” He also provides tours at The Kelsey’s project sites across the Bay Area. 

Isaac went to school at San Francisco City College and Fresno State University. He studied photography at both schools. Prior, he had a social media internship at an art program for adults with disabilities. 

Isaac likes to do art and photography in his free time.

What part of The Kelsey’s mission are you proudest to be part of / support?

I am proud to be involved in the San Francisco Civic Center project. I am excited about this project because the housing project will give people with disabilities an affordable place to live. Also, I like that this building will be very accessible to people with disabilities.
