We were thrilled to present at the 2025 Urban Land Institute Housing Awards Webinar Series featuring The Kelsey Ayer Station! Our CEO and co-founder, Micaela, co-developer, Todd Regonini, and co-author of the Inclusive Design Standards, Erick Mikiten, explored the defining features of disability-forward housing, the process of bringing The Kelsey Ayer Station to life, and how the community’s design and construction serve residents with and without disabilities – creating an experience where all neighbors can thrive.
Last year, we were honored to receive ULI’s Terwilliger Center Award for Innovation in Attainable Housing. The award recognizes innovative and replicable mixed-income and affordable developments that are expanding housing opportunities in their communities. We were honored to join the ULI community again for a deeper dive into our work, and are grateful for the ways The Kelsey Ayer Station serves as a model for a disability-forward housing future.
