What part of The Kelsey’s mission are you proudest to be part of / support?:

I am proud to be part of a diverse team that allows us to bring out respective skills to address an issue that is often overlooked.

What does it mean to you to be Disability-Forward? Why does it matter?:

Disability-Forward, to me, means treating accessibility and inclusivity as the default. Rather than an alternative or afterthought, disability-forward treats affordability, accessibility, and inclusivity as a societal duty. It cannot (or at least should not) be concentrated to a particular geographic region, political ideology, or income bracket, but as something all should enjoy and support to create a world where everyone can have not just the right but the agency to be free.
