Example Elements

2.0 – Outdoor Seating and Furnishing. Various seating options, including picnic tables, will be available to folks wishing to spend time outside, with a gazebo prominently featured in the courtyard.

2.1 – Neighborhood Connections and Usability. The Kelsey Avondale will be located in a vibrant neighborhood with many amenities nearby. With a walk score of 76, and grocery stores, restaurants, banks, and pharmacies all within walking distance, this location is perfect for folks who do not or prefer not to drive. A covered bus stop on the corner of the property makes traveling by public transit accessible as well.

2.3 – Drop-Off Area. A designated drop-off area will be available for residents and visitors of the building, and is designed for accessible transportation. This supports independence and ensures residents can seamlessly connect to the broader Avondale community by providing a safe place to exit a vehicle while avoiding traffic; this is especially important for people who use mobility devices or who may have difficulty moving quickly.
