Samarth’s experience includes leading, identifying, and analyzing new property acquisition, development, and negotiating deals. He develops strategy, conducts market feasibility, product rent income, ROI, IRR cash flow analysis, compiles demographics to a target area, due diligence, project budgeting, fundraising pitch deck presentations, assists in entitlements, and regulatory compliances.
Samarth attended UC Berkeley for a master’s in real estate development and completed his bachelor’s in architecture from Gujarat University. He started his career with Abaxial Design, part of the Viridian RED group, the firm that led the development of “World Trade Centers” of India. Outside of work, he loves to go hiking with friends, traveling, and adventurous sports..
