The Kelsey Ayer Station won the 2025 Terwilliger Center Award for Innovation in Attainable Housing! The award recognizes innovative and replicable mixed-income and affordable developments that are expanding housing opportunities in their communities. The Kelsey Ayer Station was honored along with Sendero Verde and The Aster at Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Fall Meeting in San Francisco.

Micaela, our co-founder and CEO, presented during the meeting’s case study series on pivotal moments in bringing The Kelsey Ayer Station to life—from innovative financing strategies and inclusive design practices to the partnerships and open-source tools that make disability-forward housing possible for communities everywhere. We’re honored to be recognized among teams who continue to demonstrate that housing can be deeply affordable, innovative, and inclusive.

A huge thank-you to our development partners, Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC) and Devine & Gong, Inc. (DGI)! We’re grateful to celebrate this milestone and community together.
