We’re thrilled to share that The Kelsey Ayer Station has been named a finalist for Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Terwilliger Center Award for Innovation in Attainable Housing!

ULI is the world’s oldest and largest network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use professionals, and we’re grateful for its recognition of disability-forward housing as a model for equitable development.

The Kelsey Ayer Station was acknowledged for its commitment to deep affordability, innovative cross-disability design, and a community built on inclusivity.
