The award is given to alumni who have identified a problem and an innovative solution that has a positive social impact. Micaela’s leadership in this work has been critical to advancing a disability-forward housing future.
Speaking on a panel alongside her fellow alumni honorees, Micaela highlighted how our dual approach scales disability-forward housing nationwide. By building intentional, supportive communities on the ground while simultaneously transforming the broader systems around them, we create lasting change.
