Resident Services Coordinators hold a very important role in the lives of the individuals they serve, and The Kelsey recognizes their vital contributions. We firmly believe that providing Plain Language documents will not only empower Coordinators to better serve their clients but also offer an avenue for clients to advocate for their rights independently.
